The answer to the e-mail I sent them suggested I take my fan to a local "authorized dealer" or call a 1-888 #. I called the # and waited 10 mins. for a real person. The real person was a pleasant young lady who transferred me back to the beginning of the wait cycle. Bottom line; there is no tech support. Just a minimum wage body asking you for your model #.
