One huge hiker review site has many hundreds of reviews, and this is the only stool anybody has recomended. Mainly they were using the larger 22" (55cm) size. One reviewer there mentioned on the Sweedish maker's homesite a Volvo is shown lifted in the air by 7 of these stools. With lighter loads the wide legs keep it from sinking in soft ground.My office chair is 18", a typical living room couch is 13"-14".
